The house is in a fantastic spot. The pool is beautiful only the water was freezing cold. Which we found strange when it is heated with solar panels. After inquiring about this, which I have not yet received an answer from the manager, there was a heater on the next day that heated the water. Mosquito nets would be recommended.

Nice house with a nice big pool and plenty of space around it.
The landscape is hilly and there is a lot to see in the vicinity.

We had a great time! Nice location, house, terrace, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool (water well fresh, heated by solar panels, but after a period of less temp, 15 degrees) A 7 because of communication, this because the contact person on site, only speaks French. Very friendly people, with hands and feet we get by.

We had a wonderful week at home Denise. The Kids enjoyed the pool every day. The surroundings are also beautiful and the bakery and local supermarket are nearby in Carlux as well as a nice restaurant where you can eat regional dishes.

The communication from France villa is also perfectly arranged.

We had a very nice holiday here. This is a beautiful holiday home with a sheltered location in a forest strip on top of a hill of the Dordogne valley. The pool, terrace and outdoor furnishings are quite nice. The pool house with outdoor kitchen is ideal in good weather. The interior of the house is traditional and rural but well cared for and in good condition. The beds are a bit smaller than we were used to. The materials in the kitchen were sufficient for us (2 people) but if you want to cook for a larger group then it is tight, there is enough crockery.
In the village of Carlux there is a bakery and a small local supermarket, a 15-minute drive away is a large supermarket in Souillac.

Beds are on the short side for people taller than 1.80 m. Furniture sitting room is low, read short legs. The kitchen is fine, very well equipped. Swimming pool is large and location nice in relation to the course of the sun. O...
