It is located in the Boudouyssou Valley and is surrounded by fields, sunflowers and rolling hills. Surrounded by vineyards and forests at the gateway to the south of France, this beautiful property is located on the edge of the Lot et Garonne. This huge vacation home now functions as a completely private vacation home. The very discreet owners live in a small house on the same plot and are there if you need them. Moullinalle is located in the Lot et Garonne region, and is the southernmost of all FranceVilla holiday homes.

Inside
The house can accommodate up to 13 people and has 5 very large bedrooms and 5 private bathrooms, making it ideal for groups of friends or an extended family getaway. Each bedroom looks like a living room in itself, they are that big! One of the advantages of a private home is of course the extensive kitchen where you can prepare your meals together! The bedrooms and bathrooms are light and airy with windows looking out onto a beautiful landscape. The common areas are all equally generous, with two large living rooms and a library, dining room that can seat up to 13 people to while away the hot summer sun. The house stays nice and cool inside in the summer.

Outside
The garden has a beautiful and huge infinity pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. A 3x4m pergola garden tent protects you from the sun and ensures that you can stay by the pool at all times. Other sun loungers are in shady places under attractive trees. Two teak tables and chairs allow you to dine al fresco in comfort.

Environment
This luxury property is located on the border of Lot et Garonne and Gers, two French departments that are under development. Flaubert called the Lot et Garonne "little Tuscany". They are two very picturesque departments, known for their idyllic rural charm, their quiet lifestyle and the fantastic climate that is so often depicted in books and paintings. Not surprisingly, wine tourism is a thriving industry, and local vineyards and wineries are more than happy to share their passion with you! The nearest town is Fumel. At 5 km from the house you have the beautiful country house of Tournon d'Agenais where many walks start. The country house is ideally located to explore the Lot and Garonne, but also the Dordogne, the Lot and the Tarn et Garonne. Stroll through the streets of the Bastides, take a seat in a café with a terrace and soak up the lively and relaxed atmosphere of South West France.
