We are super excited about this and are happy to share it with you! Oljapetra is a completely renovated (2022) quietly located holiday home for 4 people with a private swimming pool, just 2.5 km from the sea. The house is within walking distance of the village of Lefkogia (with its supermarket and nice tavernas, be sure to go to Stella and give her our regards)! It is also a 5-minute drive from Plakias, a bustling village with a beautiful large beach and many good restaurants ... the beautiful beaches of Amoudi and Damnoni are within walking distance (20 minutes' walk from our house)

Inside
Modern living room with open kitchen (pictures of the extended living room/open kitchen follow, interior Modern Boho Chic), double sliding doors to the terrace and garden with private swimming pool. Two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed of 180x200 (Coconut - super quality beds) and one with 2 single beds (also Coconut super quality beds) that can also be used as a double bed. Finally, there is a spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Outside
Large fully enclosed garden with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains, various seating areas, outdoor kitchen, fruit trees and ample parking space for the car. Very special is the roof terrace upstairs, where you can lounge and relax!

Environment
Lefkogia is a beautiful village within walking distance of your accommodation, there are several restaurants and a supermarket. Plakias 6 km away has all facilities and many restaurants, beach bars, etc.

Activities
In this rugged and mountainous region with its beautiful views, you can enjoy walking without meeting anyone. In the Kourtaliotiko gorge you can take stairs to the waterfalls and the church of Agios Nikolaos. You can see many birds of prey in the gorge. Would you rather go to the beach? Then there is plenty of choice: from your holiday home you can reach Amoudi and Damnoni Beach on foot, but be sure to also visit the beach of Plakias, Souda, Shinaria or Preveli beach with its unique palm forest. Each beach has its own unique charm. You can go by car (everything is a maximum of 15 minutes away) but you can also take the boat from Plakias to Dasmnoni and Preveli. You can also walk to Preveli beach. Park your car at the Venetian bridge from the 18th century and follow the route past beautiful old olive trees to Preveli beach, partly through the mountains and the river. The monastery of Moni Preveli is definitely worth a visit. It is still inhabited by three monks and is built around a spring, with many steps and levels. Would you like more tips about the area?
