Ensemble Romantique

Ensemble Romantique is a beautiful Ensemble of two holiday homes (always rented together), consisting of a restored watermill from the 17th century and a converted barn (La Grange), suitable for a total of 12 people (+ baby). Ensemble Romantique has a beautiful garden with all kinds of corners and seating areas, a stream along the grounds and a lovely private swimming pool. This romantic Ensemble is located in the beautiful Lot region, 3 km from Prayssac.

Le Moulin
Le Moulin is a watermill from the 17th century. There is a lot of light and space in this house and the Moulin remains wonderfully cool in the summer. The hall leads you to a south-facing kitchen with patio doors to the sunny terrace. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a wood-burning stove with a cozy seating area. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a large stove (5 gas burners and 2 electric ovens), refrigerator, dishwasher. There is a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom next to the living room. There are also two double bedrooms with one bathroom/toilet on the 1st floor. There is good WiFi internet in the house.

LaGrange
La Grange is the house located near the swimming pool, this large house, located next to a babbling brook, has a comfortable and elegant interior. The open living room/kitchen has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with wood stove and a large oak dining table where you can all enjoy a meal together. When the weather is nice, you can of course sit on your fantastic balcony to enjoy the beautiful view, the peace and quiet and nature. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, electric oven, 2 hobs, 2 gas burners, fridge/freezer and a microwave. This house leads to the garden and your private swimming pool. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one bathroom with toilet, bath and shower and one bathroom with shower and toilet. Wireless internet is also available in this house. Washing machine, dryer and associated attributes (clothes line, iron and ironing board) can be found in the basement.

Outside
The beautiful garden offers plenty of space to play, relax and eat outside. You can sit in the rose garden at the front. Behind the barn there is a small square where you can also sit. A path leads to the 11 x 6 swimming pool. There is also a pool house with large terrace with table and chairs, a changing room with toilet, sun loungers, a picnic table, a Weber barbecue and a kettle.

Environment
Ensemble Romantique is located 1 km from Bélaye, 3 km from Prayssac and 10 km from Puy L'Eveque. Prayssac and Puy L'Eveque have a weekly market, supermarkets and restaurants, the distance to the River Lot is 2 km, where you can swim and canoe. The capital of the Lot, Cahors, is 48 km to the east.

Activities
Cycling, horse riding, walking, visiting local markets, tennis, swimming, fishing and canoeing are among the many possible activities in the area surrounding this beautiful Ensemble.
