Interior
The accommodation consists of two floors, a spa annex, a private garden and a games room.
On the first floor there is a living room/kitchen of over 60m² with an unobstructed view of the garden, the swimming pool and the surrounding landscape.
On the living room side you have the choice to relax in the relaxation area, chilling in the armchairs overlooking the large TV, or around the table football.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso, oven…
Finally you will find the 1st en-suite bedroom with double bed, sitting area with TV and private shower room, a dressing room.
On the lower floor (at garden level) are the 3 other double bedrooms and their en suite bathrooms, two of the bedrooms overlook a small private; another bedroom has a direct exit to the garden. Each floor has a separate toilet.
