17th century recently, very stylishly restored holiday home with a luxurious and atmospheric feel in the south of the Lot, suitable for 12 people (6 adults and 6 children + 2 babies). Beautiful fully fenced pool with views of the green hills. Lovely comfortable spacious holiday home with all the comforts! Shops, terraces and restaurants in the village about 5 km.

The house features a large living room with a modern, very well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining area and a lounge. This spacious living / kitchen area gives access to an attractive al fresco terrace, where you can enjoy sheltered and safe dining (à la plancha).

On the ground floor there are two beautiful large bedrooms with good double beds (160x200), luxury bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Above another double bedroom, a fully equipped room for your baby (s) (chest of drawers, bath, bed ...), a large dormitory especially for the kids with 6 beds 90x190 and a private play area with own TV / DVD They are all amazing), a beautiful bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet.

An indoor spa can be used in the early and late season with additional costs, depending on the number of persons (not available July and August). Floor heating on the ground floor, air conditioning above.

The outdoor swimming pool 10m x 5m with plenty of art chairs, large and spacious terrace, outdoor shower, offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

Villa Castelneuve can accommodate up to 6 adults + 6 children (and 2 babies). Dogs are not allowed in July / August but one dog is allowed outside these two months. In May, June and September, great discounts for 2 or 4 ps (20% and 10% respectively).

Activities: hiking, cycling tours from the cottage, the Roucous Golf (9 holes) 10 km, swimming pool with slide, media, markets for local products at 5 km.
