The house can accommodate 12 people. There are five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Also there are various storage options. The ground floor comprises a large living room with fireplace and a large dining room with fully fitted luxury kitchen of 60m2, one bedroom with bathroom and toilet. On the covered terrace there is a large table for 12 people, overlooking the beautiful garden.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. There is one large bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm with an adjoining shower and toilet, 1 large bedroom with a 160cm double bed and two single beds, two bedrooms with two single beds, which can be aggregated into a double bed and finally there is a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. All rooms come together on a spacious landing.
Outdoors
Charlotte is located on an estate of over 4 hectares stretching over a hill. The house has a well maintained garden and is partially fenced. The new swimming pool (salt filtering) is 5m x 12m and is south facing so you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. Security is by means of an alarm. The swimming pool offers stunning views and a large terrace of 80 m2.
Surroundings
The cozy town of Montignac is 10 km away. Here you will find many small shops, restaurants and a market. Only 7 km away is a large supermarket.
