The villa has a living area of 300^m2. The spacious and bright rooms are striking. You enter the spacious hall, from there you enter the dining room with a large dining table and the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a cozy living room with a fireplace. The (cool) master bedroom with separate walk-in dressing area and bathroom with double sink, a bath, separate shower and a separate toilet can be found on the ground floor. Open space with a folding bed which can also accommodate 2 people (children).

 On the first floor you will find several air-conditioned sleeping accommodations. There is a nice room with a good sofa bed, this space can serve as an extra bedroom (= closed with sliding doors). The garden is 3000^m2 in size with a mix of lawn and trees.

Area information
The village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, within walking distance of this beautiful villa that you can easily rent, is located on a cliff 100 meters above the river and is one of the most beautiful places in the Lot. Under the cliff of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie are a number of watermills that remind us of the time when there was still a lot of transport on the Lot. The Lot region's two main towns , Figeac and Cahors, and just across the border in the Aveyron department, Villefranche-de-Rouergue are all within 40 minutes' journey of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. The beautifully preserved medieval village of Rocamadour, the prehistoric cave paintings in Pech-Merle, the beautiful agricultural museum in Cuzals, and the thirteenth-century Chateau de Cenevières are also in the area and are worth a visit.

Hiking and horseback riding on the many marked trails, cycling around the quiet villages and canoeing on the river Célé.
