Bonne Vie is a lovely holiday home with spectacular views over the hills and the Dordogne River. The great thing about this holiday home is that it is within walking distance of the center of Souillac and yet quietly located. There is a nice private swimming pool and you can relax, eat and enjoy together on the large terrace. House is suitable for up to 6 adults and 2 children/babies.
Interior
Entrance, living room with comfortable sitting area and fireplace / burner, good working internet (wifi), modern kitchen with sliding doors to the terrace. On the first floor three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The two large bedrooms have air conditioning. Under the holiday home is a ground floor that is not in use, but you can use the washing machine here and you can also reach the pool via the ground floor.
Outside
Whether you sit on the terrace with a view of the nice castle or cool off in the swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 1.20 m), it is simply wonderful to stay in Bonne Vie. Small fenced garden for your dog.
Surroundings
The nearby Dordogne river (0.5 km) is ideal for a canoe trip or for a swim. The 18-hole golf course is 8 km away. Souillac has a weekly market (Friday morning) and many cozy terraces and restaurants, in the summer there is even a famous Jazz festival!
Activities
Go to the caves, discover beautiful villages and towns, swim, take a canoe trip on the Dordogne, enjoy the local delicacies, cycle, take beautiful walks, play golf, etc. In Souillac there is a swimming paradise, various museums, supermarkets and of course nice restaurants.
Should you visit the spectacular new caves of Lascaux, this holiday home is a short drive from these caves.
