The house is close to the village of Belvès, voted 'one of the most beautiful villages in France' and is ideal for visiting the valleys of the Dordogne, Nauze and Vézère. All tourist attractions of the region are easily and quickly accessible.
Inside
The ground floor has a large living room with dining area, fireplace (decorative), former stone sink and flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped open kitchen that is connected to the living room. The electrical household equipment is new. On the other side of the hall is a large room with a double bed, wardrobe and office space. Next to the bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and a large spacious wardrobe.
From the living room, a beautiful wooden staircase leads upstairs, where the second bedroom is located, with a 120cm wide bed and a 90cm bed and a small sitting area. There is also a sink.
Outside
Large terrace in front of the house, equipped with chairs and a garden table, parasol, barbecue, overlooking the garden. Small terrace at the back of the house, also equipped with garden furniture. Large garden of more than 3000m², consisting of lawns and meadows. There will be a plastic pool for small children in the garden.
Environment
Bergerac is 50 km away and Sarlat is 35 km. Bastide de Belves with shops and small supermarket at 2km. There is an excellent bakery at 2km. For a swim you can go to the local swimming pool in Belves or take a dip in the Dordogne in Coux (10km), and Siorac (8km). 2 golf courses in Siorac (8km).
