Villa Cessasilva is in a quiet location and is a few hundred meters away
from the center of the world famous place Sarlat-la-Canéda and on
only 300 meters from the bakery. An absolute opportunity for this
to explore this beautiful city on foot. Sarlat is also a perfect one
base to experience all the beautiful things the Dordogne has to offer
to discover. The very spacious holiday home has been completely renovated and very
comfortable (including air conditioning), moreover, it is tastefully decorated
and it still has the classic look of a typical traditional
French house. Villa Cessasilva has a private and beautifully landscaped garden
with a lovely heated swimming pool (open from April 26 - temperature until
heated around 25 degrees), a covered spacious outdoor kitchen with
lounge and BBQ. That will be enjoyable!

Large modern living room with open kitchen (40m2) with direct access
to the terrace and your wonderful private swimming pool. Located on the ground floor
a beautiful en-suite bathroom, ideal for older people or
if you want some extra privacy. There are a total of 4 bedrooms on the

Outside

The garden of Cessasilva is super quiet, completely private and private
and has a private heated swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters. The swimming pool is
secured by means of an alarm ensuring the safety of small
children is guaranteed. There is plenty of parking around it

dining table and BBQ. Dogs are very welcome. The garden is also
completely fenced. There is a private garage available for one car.

Surroundings

The beautiful center of Sarlat-la-Canéda with its countless
restaurants and shops is a real "must" for every visitor to
the Dordogne. But also the beautiful places such as Roque-Gageac and
Domme are only a short distance from your stay. In the Dordogne is
