Cessasilva

Villa Cessasilva is quietly located a few hundred meters from the center of the world-famous town of Sarlat-la-Canéda and only 300 meters from the bakery. An absolute opportunity to explore this beautiful city on foot. Sarlat is also a perfect base to discover all the beauty that the Dordogne has to offer. The very spacious holiday home has been completely renovated and is very comfortable (including air conditioning), moreover it is tastefully decorated and yet has the classic look of a typical traditional French house. Villa Cessasilva has a private and beautifully landscaped garden with a lovely heated swimming pool (heated from mid-April to mid-October - temperature heated to about 25 degrees), a covered spacious outdoor kitchen with lounge and BBQ. That will be enjoyable!

Inside
Large modern living room with open kitchen (40m2) with direct access to the terrace and your lovely private pool. On the ground floor there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom, ideal for older people or if you want some extra privacy. There are a total of 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Outside
The garden of Cessasilva is super quiet, completely private and private and has a beautiful heated private swimming pool.  The pool is secured by an alarm so that the safety of small children is guaranteed. There is plenty of parking around the house. By the pool is a covered area with lounge area, large dining table and BBQ. Dogs are very welcome. The garden is also fully fenced. There is a private garage available for you for one car.

Environment
The beautiful center of Sarlat-la-Canéda with its numerous restaurants and shops is a real "must" for every visitor to the Dordogne. But also the beautiful towns such as Roque-Gageac and Domme are only a short distance from your stay. There is so much to see and experience in the Dordogne that it is impossible to discover it during one stay.
