Villa Rocaille is a spacious and attractive holiday villa with private pool in the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne region, suitable for up to 10 people (9 adults and 1 child). The villa has a large garden of 3500 m², a cozy outdoor kitchen and plenty of space for children to play. From several bedrooms you can enjoy a magnificent view of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the charming village of Pujols is only a 10-minute walk away.
Inside
This well-maintained villa features a spacious dining room with patio doors leading to the balcony and a modern open plan kitchen with additional dining area. In total there are 5 bedrooms. From the entrance / hall you can go to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a fold-out double bed. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower.
On the 1st floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has a loft bed and a single bed (bedroom for children) and another bathroom. In addition, there are practical extras such as a washing machine, tumble dryer and a games area with pool table, air hockey and table tennis.
Outside
The spacious balcony with automatic awning is a wonderful place to have breakfast together or spend long summer evenings with a beautiful view. Downstairs you will find an attractive outdoor kitchen with bar, lounge sofas and a large dining table. The private swimming pool of 4 x 9 meters is located in the middle of the spacious garden and is surrounded by sun loungers and nice seating areas. The terrace can be closed, ideal if you bring a dog. In short: all facilities for a wonderful (outdoor) stay!

The Lot-et-Garonne is a quiet and authentic region with beautiful walking and cycling routes, cozy markets and atmospheric bastide villages. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy canoeing on the rivers Lot and Garonne and visit historic sites such as Monflanquin and Villeréal.
