The interior is spread over three attractive floors. On the ground floor there are three comfortable bedrooms and several modern bathrooms. Because this floor is partly sunken, the rooms stay cool naturally, while two rooms offer direct access to the garden.
The first floor is the heart of the house: a spacious, open living space with an impressively high ceiling and large patio doors leading to the terrace. Here, the attractive sitting area with wood stove flows smoothly into the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The outdoors revolves around the spacious terrace that is directly connected to the living floor. A few steps down is the large private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with Roman steps, surrounded by a sunny terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The 0.5 hectare garden has a natural character and offers plenty of privacy, quiet shaded areas and a built-in barbecue for long summer evenings. In addition to ample parking on site, you will find a rural path directly behind the house that provides a wonderful walk to the village of Baladou.

Mirandole is the perfect base to discover the Dordogne valley. In nearby Martel you will find cozy terraces, excellent restaurants and the characteristic market hall. The Dordogne river is only 5 km away for those who want to canoe or swim.
In addition, famous attractions such as rock-built Rocamadour, the impressive caves of Padirac and the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda are a short drive away.
