Bouyssonnet

Le Bouyssonnet is where FranceVilla once started: Thijs and Lydia's own beautiful holiday home. This lovely place for 8 people (+ baby) with heated private pool and a beautiful view over the hills is located opposite the 18-hole Golf Club of Souillac. This cosily furnished wooden chalet on a private domain of 7 hectares (of which a part of about 4000 m2 is fully fenced) is ideal for romantic escapades as well as for family holidays. There is air conditioning in three bedrooms and there is a charging station for your electric car outside.

The 200 m2 architect-designed wooden chalet is furnished with personal style and is wonderfully comfortable, both in summer and winter (well insulated). We make sure that there is something new to discover every year, for example we have just installed two new bathrooms, both with a lovely Italian shower. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The living room is a large room of 50 m2 with TV, CD player, dining area, plenty of books in the closet and wifi internet. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and a coffee maker. There are 4 bedrooms with good hotel-quality bedding (2 with a double bed, and 2 with 2 single beds, these can be joined together to form a double bed) – all bedrooms have views of the pool and the hills all around (fantastic sunsets!). Two separate toilets.

Outside
Le Bouyssonnet has a large (partially covered) terrace with a beautiful view. Here you can watch the sun go down at your leisure. There is a private heated swimming pool (9x4m) in the garden, just 20 meters from the lovely terrace. Don't forget to do the deck on the pool at night; This keeps the temperature of the water nice and warm.

Environment
Le Bouyssonnet is located 7 km from Souillac and the Dordogne River, 30 km from Sarlat and 25 km from Rocamadour. There are large supermarkets and some clothing stores in Souillac and of course a lot of cozy terraces and restaurants. Also an idea: go for a drink or something to eat at the Golf in the evening: you don't have to take the car. You can also play tennis at the Golf for a fee and of course go golf! Have fun!
