Belle Vue is a beautiful detached holiday home located on a hill with spectacular views over the Dordogne valley. Next to the house is the private infinity swimming pool with a nice terrace and enough sun loungers for everyone to relax! Belle Vue is tastefully decorated, very light and extremely spacious. You can enjoy the peace and quiet here, but you are still close to many tourist attractions in the Dordogne department. You can see the famous Lascaux caves in the distance!
Layout
Belle Vue has a large living room on the ground floor with patio doors to the terrace, a large fireplace, a dining area with open kitchen and a bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with two. single beds and finally there is a second bathroom.
Outside
A large lawn has been laid out around the Belle Vue house where you can play football, bowls, badminton or just do nothing. There is ample private parking for the car(s). Be sure to watch the video below this description that friendly customers made for us!
Environment
Only a five-minute drive to the center of Montignac, where there are many good and cozy restaurants. You can of course also go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is about 4 km away and here too there are some shops, cafes, restaurants and you can play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach and you can take golf lessons in Brive (26 km). Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the Prehistoric caves of Lascaux (near Montignac) and the atmospheric medieval city of Sarlat (20 km) with lively markets and fun summer festivals. Eyrignac, where you can find beautiful gardens, is 34 km away.
