Holiday home "Mayrinha" (5 bedrooms/5 bathrooms) is located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Lot. The completely renovated stone farmhouse offers you complete privacy on a private plot of 4000 m2 along a very quiet D-road. Barn next to the house belongs to the domain.

Interior
The ground floor of the house consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a large sun-drenched living/dining room. There is a wood burning stove for the colder days. On the same level you will also find a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and toilet. Only entering from the outside, you can find a second bedroom also with its own shower room and toilet. The first floor contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and four toilets. The renovated interior exudes elegant simplicity.

Exterior
The private backyard on the southwest side of the house offers sun and shade and beautiful filtered sunlight. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cool glass of wine and a good book. Enjoy a swim in the beautiful, large private swimming pool (10 x 5 meters). The terrace at the front of the house is an ideal place for a drink, a meal or just to relax. In the garden there is also a spacious terrace with dining table.

Environment
To the west is Rocamadour (19 km), which has been used by pilgrims for centuries. It is one of the most visited tourist centers in France. In addition to the Notre Dame Chapel and the famous Black Madonna, you will find other attractions here, such as the monkey forest and the Rocher des Aigles. Rocamadour is also known for its small goat cheeses. In Gramat (10 km), you can visit a zoo open all year round and the famous Gouffre de Padirac (7 km), a beautiful series of underground caves that you can discover by boat.

12 Km north of the Dordogne, which extends from east to west, many possibilities for river activities await you again: canoeing, kayaking, swimming... A number of villages in the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" region are also to be visited: Carennac (17 km), Loubressac (7 km) or Autoire (5 km) with its circus, its waterfalls and its breathtaking landscapes.
