Susanne

Susanne is a lovely holiday home for 6 people (+ baby) with a private swimming pool and a pool house, located just outside the village of Cazals in the Lot. Wonderfully comfortable house with every comfort, you can walk straight from your living room onto the beautiful large terrace. Villa Susanne has 3 lovely bedrooms, of which the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with a view of Cazals.

Layout

1st floor
Bedroom with a double bed and door to the terrace, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the view in the morning. You can also keep a close eye on your children from the terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with a double bed. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Cot available. Separate bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Outside
Sitting by the pool you have a view over the rolling hills. The swimming pool and the pool house with oak beams are located at the front of Susanne and therefore have sun all day. Carport at the rear of the house. The private swimming pool is 10x5m with a shallow end with steps. The pool house (which also offers plenty of shade) is equipped with electric lighting, so you can eat outside on warm evenings. Next to the swimming pool is a large lawn that can be used as a playing field (there is a jeux de boules field!). The garden is completely fenced, so safe for your children!

Environment
Cazals has two bakeries, a butcher and a small supermarket. There are cafes and restaurants and the food is very good and not expensive! There is a very nice market every Sunday with fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, wine, etc. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous pleasant markets and, especially in the summer months, there are also local farmers' markets here and there. The area has many wonderful places to eat and taste wines. On the edge of the village you can play tennis and there is a lake where you can rent pedal boats.

Activities
There are nice beaches on the Dordogne river (25 km) and the Lot (also 25 km). Walking, cycling, horse riding, climbing, tennis, swimming. All doable within half an hour of the house.
