Villenouve

Villenouve is a beautiful, large holiday home in pink brick, recently restored with natural and ecological materials, located on the
countryside of Lauraguaise in southeastern Toulouse. Villenouve is ideal for family holidays, but also for romantic out-of-season getaways. The holiday home consists of two independent parts, but is always rented out as a private holiday home. Ideal for two families, but even if you are with only 4 people, this is still a very affordable holiday home. Twenty minutes from a beautiful lake (Lac de la Ganguise).

Interior of Villenouve:
Two living rooms, satellite TV, wifi; two new fully equipped kitchens with 4 or 2 induction hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, air conditioning, etc. There are 2 large bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs with a double bed and a trundle bed also there are two toilets and two bathrooms with a shower downstairs and a bath upstairs. Villenouve can accommodate a total of 8 people.

Exterior of Villenouve:
The private garden is large and shaded by beautiful trees. There is a picnic table and lounge chairs for relaxing. On the other hand
from the house is the fenced parking and the large garage. Quick access by motorway to the mountains or the sea, Villenouvelle train station is just a 5-minute walk away.

You enter through the automatic sliding gate and park in the closed private parking lot. A garage is at your disposal to store cars or motorcycles. You reach the first floor via an external staircase (also accessible via an internal staircase in 2024).
