Are you looking for a holiday home with a real private swimming pool in Zeeland? That is difficult to find, but we now give you the opportunity to rent our beautiful spot! Luxurious and beautifully furnished holiday home a stone's throw from the Veerse Meer, the nice village of Kortgene with its restaurants and terraces, bakery and market. The village even has its own thrift store! We are happy to rent this wonderfully comfortable house with a beautiful en-suite bedroom with hotel bed (the bathroom can be closed with sliding doors) and a simple 2nd bedroom with 2 x 1-person bed to Nature Lovers, Beach Lovers, Sailors, Peace Seekers, Luxury Horses and other nice people. ... If you are with more than two people, we charge an additional EUR 15 per person per day.

This quietly located Boutique Villa Courtgène will surprise you as soon as you step inside with its tasteful mix of old and new . The vintage finds contribute to the casual atmosphere. The villa has an open kitchen (wine cooler/oven/fridge/freezer) with an eclectically furnished living room. The large double sliding doors to the terrace provide you with a beautiful panoramic view, so you can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. The heated swimming pool is built-in and reaches temperatures of around 25 degrees from May to the end of October (of course higher in the summer). There are two nice sun loungers around the pool, and the dining table invites you to dine outside. We also have a 2-person outdoor jacuzzi that you can use for 50 euros per week.

With an en-suite Master Bedroom, the house is a romantic place for two. The wonderful bed is a good basis for waking up rested every day.

If you don't feel like cooking, you only have to walk 300 meters to have lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants (all with a nice large terrace). Of course you can also dine on the water, then reserve a table at Restaurant 't Veeruus, where all real sailing enthusiasts come to enjoy a delicious meal. Or De Graaf van Buren in the village, a special tasty kitchen! You will find a Michelin star restaurant on the other side of the Veerse Meer: Restaurant Meliefste, you simply have to "experience" this to know how good it is...
