Del Teil is a lovely holiday home in the Dordogne with a private heated swimming pool and a fully enclosed garden. This holiday home is located on the edge of a small village, from where you can make beautiful walks. The bakery and a small shop are within walking distance, so that means getting fresh croissants in the morning!
Inside
Del Teil has a cozy living room and a kitchen. On the ground floor there is a large double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the small hallway there is a separate toilet. Upon entering, there is a small staircase that leads to the mezzanine where two children can sleep in two single beds. On the first floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed. There is also a large area on the first floor which is a kind of landing where there is also a sofa bed (2 people). Finally, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Please note: bathroom has been renewed in winter 2026, photos will follow. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor.
Outside
The garden is completely fenced and has a nice heated private swimming pool with a nice covered terrace. Here you have a good overview of the children who can play in the pool.

The bakery is a 1-minute walk away. 15 Km from Montignac-Lascaux. 35 km from Sarlat. 15 km from Hautefort.

Shops, horse riding, fishing, lake, hiking, pond, river, tennis, cycling routes, amusement park, restaurants, disco. Should you visit the spectacular new caves of Lascaux, this holiday home is a short drive from these caves.
