Grauvière is a nice holiday home, located in the most beautiful part of the Périgod Noir (Dordogne/Lot) and suitable for a maximum of 8 people. Grauvière is surrounded by a large enclosed garden with a lovely heated private swimming pool at the rear where you can relax. The old fortified town of Gourdon with all facilities and numerous restaurants is only a 10 minute drive from your accommodation, a bakery and a good restaurant can be found in the nearby village just a few kilometers away.

Grauvière has a spacious living room with open kitchen which is fully equipped. Patio doors give direct access to the terrace (120m2) and the swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the left and 2 bedrooms and bathroom
right of the living room. Ideal for, for example, two families.
Outside
The garden of approximately 1500m2 (fenced) offers a lot of privacy and for the children there is a lawn to play / football. At the rear of Grauvière is the terrace and the swimming pool (with Roman steps) of 10 x 5 mtr. Next to the house there is a driveway with ample parking.

Ideally located between Lot and the Dordogne, and not far from the beautiful towns of Sarlat, Domme, Padirac, La Roque Gageac, Rocamadour and Gourdon. You have endless views here and don't forget: in this
region you have the lowest light pollution in Europe! Be amazed by the countless stars that you can see here at night!
