Pechanette

This completely renovated typical French (en pierre) holiday home has a lovely large private swimming pool, a fully fenced garden and is only 1 km from the village of Aubas (with a good restaurant) and the river Vézère.

Inside
The large, beautifully decorated hall immediately suggests that something special can be found here… From here you have access to the living room and the kitchen. The living/dining room has patio doors to the beautiful terrace with all kinds of beautiful plants (palm trees, olive trees, roses, etc.). The well-equipped kitchen also gives direct access to the lovely terrace.

On the ground floor is a large bedroom with its own very nicely decorated bathroom (Italian shower and bath).

On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms, one of which has a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the pool and the woods and another bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Finally, there is a separate bathroom and toilet on this floor. Everything exudes atmosphere and passion for the region.

Outside
Pechanette is located on a cul de sac which guarantees your tranquility. At the front there is plenty of space for your car(s) while at the rear you have a lovely garden with a large private swimming pool at your disposal. There is a table tennis table for the children. From Pechanette you can walk (1 km) to the village of Aubas where there is a restaurant and where you can also order your bread. Several hiking trails start from Pechanette, one of which is marked.

Surroundings
From the house it is only a five minute drive to the center of Montignac, where many good and cozy restaurants can be found, you can of course also go fishing and canoeing on the Vézère river. Le Lardin is about 4 km away and here too there are some shops, cafes, restaurants and you can play tennis. A little further, at Fossemagne, there is a lake with a sandy beach and you can take golf lessons in Brive (26 km). Of course you can also enjoy a fascinating visit to the prehistoric caves of Lascaux (near Montignac) and the atmospheric medieval city of Sarlat (20 km) with lively markets and fun summer festivals.
