Villa Paula
Villa Paola is a beautiful holiday home in the Dordogne built in the typical Périgord style with a beautiful and large fenced private swimming pool. The holiday villa Paola is located in a small hamlet not far from Saint-Rabier and Montignac where the famous caves of Lascaux are located. The completely renovated holiday home is perfect for a family holiday or even for two families, as there is a separate part attached to the house, making it suitable for at least 10 people!

The price outside of July and August is based on a maximum of 6 people, if you also want to use the gite you pay 250 euros more. In high season, the gite is included in the price. You are PRIVATE at all times and the gite is never rented separately.

Layout
Villa Paola has a large living room with fireplace, telephone, satellite TV, VCR, stereo, CD player. A fully equipped new kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. .. in the main house are three spacious bedrooms on the first floor, two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with three single beds. There are two toilets and two bathrooms with a shower (one on each floor).

In the separate part (accessible from the inside) there is a small living room and kitchen. Ideal if you go on holiday with two families, because you can then withdraw from time to time. This area also has its own terrace, to enjoy the outdoors. This section has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and the other room with a single bed. So 3 people can stay here, possibly with a baby in a cot.

Outside
A beautiful private swimming pool of 9.5 x 4m with Roman steps, secured and fenced. A beautiful fully enclosed garden of 1000m2 with lavender and flowers and a beautiful terrace. A carport for 2 cars. A swing and a slide for the children. A charcoal BBQ is available.

Environment
Holiday home Paola is an ideal retreat for anyone who wants to taste the typical French life and explore the beautiful Dordogne. This house offers the best of both worlds: the countryside and fresh air, but also the comfort and amenities of a nearby village. More shops and a weekly market in Le Lardin (6km). 5 Supermarkets and more extensive shopping and facilities in Terrasson (12km). Same distance to Hautefort with its magnificent castle, and a little further to beautiful Montignac with nearby the caves of Lascaux and other sites of prehistoric interest. There is a shop, pharmacy, doctor and tennis court in Saint Rabier 2 km.
