Denise

Denise is a spacious and completely detached holiday home. In the well-maintained garden surrounding the house there is a beautiful heated private swimming pool, which is completely fenced. The swimming pool is heated by solar panels. There is also a pool house. In addition, there is a sun terrace that offers the opportunity to enjoy the setting sun in the evening with a glass of French wine. This property is located near the characteristic village of Carlux, halfway between Souillac and Sarlat, just a few kilometers from the Dordogne river. A fantastic restaurant a short distance away where you can eat super well and cheaply!

Interior
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with open kitchen. This is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer and there is also sufficient cooking utensils. Next to the living room is a conservatory, where you have a view over the spacious garden. Furthermore, a bathroom with shower cabin, bidet and two sinks. Also a separate toilet. All 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. The first three bedrooms have a double bed. The last bedroom has two single beds. There is also a bathroom upstairs with two sinks. There is also a bath here.

Outside
Lovely large heated private swimming pool, with both a fence and an alarm. This pool has an overflow system. Next to the swimming pool is the pool house, which is equipped with a summer kitchen. The barbecue is also located here.

Environment
The house Denise has a very central location, because it is close to the villages of Souillac and Sarlat. There is a bakery and several restaurants here. Furthermore, the house is not far from the many attractions that both the Dordogne and the Lot have to offer. A short distance away is the fortified town of Domme, the beautifully situated villages of Beynac and La Roque-Gageac and the famous caves at Les Eyzies. There is also an opportunity for canoeing and fishing, at a distance of only 4 km.
