Inside
On the ground floor there is a spacious double living room of 35 m² with wood stove in an authentic fireplace and direct access to both terraces. The well-equipped kitchen also has access to the outside. On this floor is also the second bedroom with double bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, in the characteristic pigeonnière, you will find bedroom one with double bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom.
On the garden level, by the pool, is a nice summer living room/TV room with comfortable sitting area and view of the pool, possibly to be used as an extra bedroom. In addition, bedroom three with double bed and extra drawer bed is located here. You will also find a spacious bathroom with bath and toilet and a practical laundry room.
Below the west terrace are bedrooms 4 and 5, both with direct access to the garden, and an additional bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside
Grimalda is located on the edge of a hill and offers breathtaking views over the vineyards and the green countryside. It is a wonderful place to completely unwind. To the side of the house is the private 9 x 4 metre swimming pool with easy entry, ideal for sunny holiday days.
There are two terraces: one facing west for beautiful sunsets and cooling, and one facing east with views over the vineyards, perfect for lunch in the shade. The balcony at the front is an attractive place to eat and spend long summer evenings with a view of the vineyards.
A footpath along the edge of the property takes you to the picturesque village of Lacapelle-Cabanac in about 30 minutes.
Please note that the swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to mid-October.

Completely secluded in the quiet countryside, with no direct neighbours, Grimalda is an ideal place to relax. The river Lot is only 1.5 km away and offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, canoeing or supping. In the area you will find charming villages, local markets, vineyards and beautiful walking and cycling routes.
