Inside
Inside, the cozy living room is the beating heart of the house, with an attractive sitting area around the large fireplace and a spacious dining area. The modern open kitchen with cooking island and bar is a dream for cooking enthusiasts. From both the kitchen and the living room you can step onto the sunny terrace, where you can enjoy an unprecedented panorama over the Vallée de la Dordogne.
The villa can accommodate eight people, spread over four comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The first floor houses the other three rooms, including a master bedroom with a romantic four-poster bed, a spacious dressing room and a private bathroom.
The owners who live a few km away are real gourmands and offer an optional service with fresh local (smoked) trout and other delicacies, to be ordered on site.
Outside
Around the beautiful private swimming pool you can dream away on the sunbeds with the sloping horizon as a backdrop. The large south-facing terrace is the ideal place for sumptuous dinners under the stars, while the poolside lounge area is perfect for balmy summer evenings and cosy barbecues.

- Culture & City: Visit the charming Souillac (5 min) or the historic Sarlat (15 min) with its famous markets.
- Active: The Dordogne River is only a 1 minute drive away. Take the bike for the famous Voie Verte (a beautiful cycle path on an old railway line) towards Sarlat or go canoeing on the river.
- Tip: Visit the Gouffre du Blagour to fish your own trout.
