Inside
The attractive ground floor is split into two parts: a spacious TV room, which can be used as a home cinema and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. The large patio doors open onto the terrace for a warm and inviting atmosphere both in the summer and during the cooler months. Almost all furniture was purchased new in 2026, both inside and outside.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable bedroom with its own entrance and an en suite bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer not to climb stairs. On the first floor there are four more spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and a private bathroom. This gives each bedroom a lot of privacy and comfort.
Outside
Around the villa is a fully enclosed garden of no less than 8,000 m², where you can enjoy nature and the beautiful view over the surrounding landscape in peace. The private swimming pool of 3.5 x 11 meters offers plenty of space to swim or cool off during hot summer days. This spectacular village, built against a steep cliff, is one of the most famous sights in France. Also visit the Parc Animalier de Gramat, the Forêt des Singes monkey park and the impressive bird of prey show.
About 15 kilometers away you will find the famous caves of Gouffre de Padirac, where you can take a special trip with a boat deep underground through an impressive cave system, this is an absolute must! The cozy town of Gramat is also a short distance away. Here you can do your daily shopping, the weekly Thursday market and a visit to the zoo.
For lovers of water and nature, the Dordogne river is only 15 kilometers away. At Gluges beach, a pebble beach accessible free of charge and supervised, you can swim, canoe or relax while enjoying the magnificent view of the imposing limestone cliffs along the river.
