There is a lovely large swimming pool of 4 x 12 meters, located in an enormous garden where the children can play or you can completely relax in the early or late season. A special feature of this house is the professional gym, which is entirely for your private use. There is a nice village 3 km away with restaurants and a few shops.

Tessa has a large lawn with facilities for football, badminton, a lovely large private swimming pool of 11 x 4 meters and all this on approximately 1 hectare of private land.
Environment
You can canoe on the Lot River, which is approximately 10 km away. This is a very interesting region for those interested in wine. The black Cahors wines are internationally known. Fumel and Prayssac are pleasant towns and are approximately 15 km away.
