This holiday home has: 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own wardrobe, a bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, etc.), a separate toilet, a laundry room (washing machine, iron...), an equipped kitchen ( microwave, oven, dishwasher) with a bright, open living room (sofa, coffee table, cabinet with TV...). Upstairs there is another nice space that can be used to rest during the day or to work remotely (there is a small desk). Here is also a double bed and a baby cot.

Outside
The private swimming pool (depth: 1.40 m) is secured with wooden terraces that can be opened and closed by you (children cannot open it). There are some sun loungers and a parasol, a drying rack and there is also a dining area under a pergola with a good barbecue. All this completes the exterior of this friendly house.

Environment
This well maintained and neat holiday home is located on the edge of a small hamlet, 3 km from all shops and amenities. Excellent walks from the house. Many activities or outings are offered by the Tourist Office of the City of Salviac. You will be halfway between the Dordogne Valley and the Lot Valley, close to major tourist sites such as: Sarlat in Périgord Noir, Castelnaud Castle, the bastide town of Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Beynac-et-Cazenac, Cénac -et -Saint-Julien, but also Rocamadour "Citadel of Faith", the Gouffre de Padirac (and other caves), For the more sporty, you can also find outings for mountain biking, hiking, canoeing or horse riding.
