The house has a living area of 73 m² and is located on a spacious plot of approximately 1,500 m² in the quiet hamlet of Laborie Madone, near the pleasant village of Salviac in the Lot. Here you can enjoy peace, privacy and a beautiful rural environment. The partially fenced garden and the excellent secure private pool make this holiday home particularly suitable for couples, families with young children or two couples who want to spend their holidays together.
Inside
The house is bright, practically furnished and fully equipped. The cozy living room connects seamlessly to the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. From the living room you have a view of the garden.
There are two comfortable bedrooms, both with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and hairdryer. In addition, there is a separate toilet and a practical laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
On the upper floor there is an extra room that is ideal as a reading corner, workplace or place to relax. There is also a double bed and a baby cot, so this space can also be used flexibly.
Outside
In the garden you can fully enjoy the pool and the sun. The private pool has a depth of 1.40 meters and is equipped with a particularly secure cover system with wooden terraces that can be easily opened by adults, but not by small children. So you can relax with peace of mind.
Sun loungers and a parasol are available around the pool. Under the pergola you will find a cozy dining area where you can spend long summer evenings. Of course, a good barbecue is also available. The spacious garden offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Holiday home Sibadal is located just 3 kilometers from Salviac, where you can find shops, restaurants and the weekly market. From the house you can make beautiful walks through the rolling countryside of the Lot.
Thanks to its central location between the Dordogne and the Lot, the most famous sights of Southwest France are easily accessible. Visit atmospheric Sarlat, the impressive castles of Castelnaud and Beynac, the medieval bastide of Domme or the picturesque La Roque Gageac. Rocamadour and the famous Gouffre de Padirac are also among the absolute highlights in the area.
For active holidaymakers, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing or horseback riding. At the Salviac tourist office, you will also find a wide range of activities and outings for young and old.
