Perchella

Perchella is located in the southwestern French countryside, in the peaceful Périgord region. This old family home has been tastefully modernized. Behind the classic rural facade with gray-blue shutters, you will be surprised by a contemporary interior with modern vintage mid-century furniture. Interior
Open plan living room with a spacious seating area with sofas, patio doors to the outside and two stairs to the first floor (where there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The living room leads to the open kitchen with cooking island and all the amenities you need on holiday. The kitchen leads to the dining room and the dining room leads to the second (smaller) living room. This living room has a good sofa bed and upstairs there is a double bedroom with private bathroom.

Outside
You will find several terraces with a view of the valley, a well-kept green lawn and a plancha for pleasant evenings together. At the large swimming pool - close to the house - you can relax on the sun loungers after a day of sightseeing in the region. Ample parking.

Area
Le Périgord is known for its medieval villages, vineyards and ancient castles, a perfect area to enjoy life. But you can also go hiking in the nearby natural parks, kayak on the Lot or Dordogne rivers and try regional specialties at the local farmers' markets and bistros.
