This beautiful holiday home has a kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine (dryer in the basement), coffee maker, a very cozy living room (unfortunately the fireplace cannot be used due to safety regulations), (board games are at your disposal), television, Wifi box, a dining room, a separate toilet, a shower room with double sinks.
Upstairs: a children's bedroom with 3 single beds, a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a guest bedroom (with independent access from the kitchen) with a double bed and a cot.
Outside
In the beautiful enclosed garden you have a beautiful heated and secured private swimming pool, with garden furniture (table and chairs under the lime tree, parasol, armchairs and sun loungers by the pool). Nice Gazebo to relax under.
Environment
In the vicinity of the house there are well-known locations such as Domme, about fifteen minutes away, La Roque-Gageac, about fifteen minutes away, and Sarlat, twenty minutes away. For shopping we recommend Salviac and Gourdon, which are only 10 to 15 minutes away.
