Holiday home in Spain, Costa Blanca, Jávea - villa Casa Tien
Welcome to Casa Tien. Our house is called Tien because it was Gert's affectionate name for Tineke, his former partner and mother of his two sons. She died of dementia a few years ago.
At and around the pool there is space to place your lounger in the sun. But also pay attention to the beautiful view of Benitachell.
On the side of the house by the pool there is a large table with a giant parasol where you can create shade and have a meal.
Please fold the easy-to-operate giant parasol when the wind is too strong and of course also at the end of the day.
The view and our garden is beautiful. You will see a piece of the Mediterranean Sea and villas that are still part of Javea. A part of the Los Molinos urbanisation, some groves and part of Cumbre del Sol. The house is very centrally located and at night it is peaceful and quiet in the urbanization.
We have had a children's gate installed on our terrace so that the little ones cannot only end up at the pool area. Children are only allowed to enter the swimming pool when accompanied.
A high hedge separates us from the neighbors, but in principle not necessary as we have quiet and sweet neighbors.
A nice parasol if it gets too hot for you with a large dining table.
The living room is spacious. Two large sofas, a Spanish wooden table with chairs to eat at or work on and an additional dining area near the kitchen. There is also a beautiful chandelier that creates a special atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the fireplace can't be lit yet. A cassette will be released in the autumn. At the moment, the drainage is not yet in order.

The terrace or naya is a cozy part of the house with a large table where you can eat, the BBQ is nearby.
There is also a large refrigerator on the terrace. Your chilled drink is always within reach.

The basket crown, which hangs firmly there, is also an heirloom from my parents, and provides cozy light in the evening.
The view is beautiful and wide everywhere.
The kitchen is simple, clean and well equipped. A large refrigerator, a new gas stove and a good dishwasher.
A nice kitchen with various coffee makers, an airfryer and a well-functioning oven.
The dishwasher willingly assists you. Don't forget to regularly throw salt, rinse aid and anti-limescale tablets in the washing machine and dishwasher. This keeps the pipes in good condition.

In the evening the view from the naya is also beautiful of Benitachell and its church.
The first bedroom is for two people. Plenty of closet space, pool views, shutters and centrally controlled air conditioning.

The second bedroom, with two single beds made of Spanish wood. A cozy bedroom, of course also with air conditioning, a good mirror and plenty of closet space.

The two bathrooms with light bath are located on the first floor. A bidet and good options for hanging your clothes.
The third bedroom with bathroom en suite is very spacious and has a large balcony with a seat and a nice view. This room also has its own air conditioning.

From the bedroom there is also a beautiful view and a lovely large balcony where you can dry your laundry.

The landing is spacious and well lit.
The stairwell is light and spacious.
The air in this region is known for its healthy quality. It is ideal here for people with respiratory problems.
On the balcony you can have your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view.
You are looking at the mountain behind which Cumbre del Sol is light. Beautiful walks to make and the highest point with all the masts on it, has a magnificent view all the way to Benidorm.
On the north side of the house is a barn that is closed and where we have stored our clothes for the winter.
The house is painted in two colors. Yellow and all north sides olive green.
Los Molinos has beautiful villas.

Javea is a lovely seaside resort on the Costa Blanca in Spain, and the town still has the Mediterranean atmosphere of the past. A holiday home in Javea is an ideal place for a holiday in the sun.
