The spacious kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment and accessories.

In the living room you can easily stream via WiFi TV, and there is also no shortage of reading material.
The spacious master bedroom has a private terrace with a view of the Bernia, ample closet space, a silent fan and of course its own air conditioning.
You have access to a spacious (twice 0.90 by 2.00 m) double bed.
The spacious bathroom and master bedroom have a bath and shower, a toilet and a double sink unit.

As in the second bedroom, the third also has a wide double bed.
The small bathroom upstairs has also been completely renovated and equipped with a walk-in shower.
Recently (2022) the boulevard has been thoroughly overhauled, view towards Mascarat and Calp.
Once again the new boulevard with its many cozy restaurants and cafes.

The peñón de ifach, parc natural del Penyal d'Ifac. Definitely worth a climb in clear weather!

The reservoir of Guadelest. About 25 km from Altea la Vella can be reached via Callosa d'Ensaria.
You can take a beautiful walk around the lake of approx. 11km.
