My name is Gabriela, I am 44 years old, I am a mother of three children and we are a family from Brazil and Italy. My family and I have lived in three different countries in the last 10 years and, after a few years in Germany, we decided to seek the sun and a life closer to nature, so we came to Javea. We love this small city on the Mediterranean Sea for its landscape and beaches, but also for the countless restaurants and activities you can do to enjoy the sunny weather.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the reservation for any reason, he must always confirm this to the owner by email (even if he has already communicated this by telephone, for example). The owner will charge the following amounts, depending on the written cancellation date of the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free
cancellation between 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs the owner on the start date or during the rental period that he will not (no longer) use the rented object, he remains responsible for the full rental price.
