My name is Gabriela, I am 44 years old, I am a mother of three children and we are a family from Brazil and Italy. My family and I have lived in three different countries in the last 10 years and, after a few years in Germany, we decided to seek the sun and a life closer to nature, so we came to Javea. We love this small city on the Mediterranean Sea for its landscape and beaches, but also for the countless restaurants and activities you can do to enjoy the sunny weather.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the owner by email (even if they have already communicated this by phone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the tenant's written cancellation date:

Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: free

If the tenant only informs the landlord on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (no longer) use the rented item, they are still responsible for the full rental price.
