Free cancellation by the tenant is only possible if the government prohibits traveling to Spain and back to the Netherlands and in the event of health problems of one of the travelers in the group. In that case, 100% of the (down) payment will be returned to the tenant. Cancellation must be reported to Inge de Jong, with proof, by e-mail.

In the event of cancellation by the tenant for reasons other than those mentioned above, the deposit will not be returned to the tenant and the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental amount. Travel/cancellation insurance may be available for this purpose. If the tenant does not use the holiday accommodation or leaves it earlier, no refund will be given under any circumstances. Arrival at the holiday accommodation takes place between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. The holiday accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure (possibly later in consultation).

A deposit must be paid upon arrival as stated in the rental agreement. This will be reimbursed via the bank no later than 7 days after departure, after deduction of any costs for the repair of damage found to the apartment and/or the roof terrace caused by the tenant. Tenants are responsible for all damage caused during their stay due to their actions. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the remainder of the damage must be paid.
