Perfect for families with growing children. They will have fun all day long while you laze in the sun or shade. In short, a chalet in a place with something for everyone.

This chalet is located on ANWB 5 star family holiday park Krieghuusbelten and offers space for 6 people with 2 bedrooms. The chalet was purchased for business by the current owner.

Annual pitch and other

The park is open from April 1 to October 1. Recreation is allowed, commercial rental is not allowed.

  • Annual costs for rental plot €2,475 and own family up to 5 people, 10 amps of electricity (incl. 100kwh). (Higher amps at extra cost). CAI, water and sewage connection. 
  • Government levies €200,-.
  • You can take out Wi-Fi at the park p.p. 
  • 2nd family only in a family context €250,- max 4 pers.

When staying of a friend of your son or daughter, camping fee is due. He or she does not fall under their own family. This also applies to children living away from home.   The park is open all year round and is accessible 24/7 with an electronic access key. Permanent residence is not allowed.

Recreation is allowed 365 days a year and commercial rental is allowed and runs under own management. 

Environment 

This natural family holiday park is located in the heart of Overijssel and is directly adjacent to the Sallandse Heuvelrug. For young and old a fantastic friendly place with plenty to experience and do. If you like nature and are sporty, you can take a walking and cycling tour through the beautiful areas in the area. The real shopping enthusiasts will enjoy themselves for a whole day in one of the characteristic towns near Krieghuusbelten. And for your family with small children there is entertainment and entertainment throughout the day and of course there are many amusement parks, zoos and museums to have a great day.
