The spacious garden of almost 1100m2 offers many places to retreat and enjoy.
A lovely place to spend your 1st morning cup of coffee, but also for a drink at the end of the afternoon, always shade and a little wind

The outdoor kitchen is placed in such a way that you can endlessly enjoy the wonderful evening sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with bar, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with complete crockery, refrigerator, dishwasher and a basterd BBQ for cozy evenings dining. From the outdoor kitchen you have a beautiful view over the garden and swimming pool.
The 6 person bar table in the outdoor kitchen is great for breakfast with a view over the beautiful garden, but also for endless game nights.
Waking up in a place where the sun shines 325 days a year.... it became our Happy Place.
The attractive Mediterranean garden is located around the entire house and is beautifully lit at night
The outdoor shower (with hot and cold water, rain shower and hand shower) is wonderfully hidden between the bamboos and is a nice addition to the swimming pool.
The house offers many nice spots for shade and/or privacy.
From under the swaying thatched umbrellas, overlooking the pool, you can relax.
The villa is completely free, has a lot of privacy, and the backyard is completely south-facing.
The carport with electric gate offers space for 2 cars.

Upon entering our Casa you immediately feel the Mediterranean vibe: lots of natural materials, lime-white walls and a sturdy concrete-look floor throughout the house.
The kitchen has been completely renovated (June 2026) in Mediterranean style and is equipped with all luxury appliances.
The master bedroom has air conditioning (and fan), and is located directly on the pool. This room has a very spacious bathroom en suite with bath, vanity unit, walk-in shower, and toilet.
The naya (covered porch) offers a wonderful place to dine for a long time or play games in the evenings, overlooking the illuminated garden and swimming pool.
The lovely bright living room is attractively decorated, while retaining charming Spanish influences. From the living room you can see the beautiful illuminated garden and the illuminated swimming pool.

A wonderful place to curl up with a good book in one of the love seats. Overlooking the garden and swimming pool, or to play games at the dining room table.

Our favorite place for the first cup of coffee in the morning. Watching the sun rise in wonderful silence with a view over the beautiful garden with palm trees and the beautiful olive tree and of course a view over the pool. The XL swimming pool, terrace and garden have recently been completely renovated.
Despite the completely renovated garden, terrace and swimming pool, you can see that the charming Spanish influences have been preserved everywhere.
The illuminated swimming pool and the garden make it a fairytale at night.
With an eye for detail, the entire house is wonderfully Mediterranean styled while retaining some Spanish influences.
Pick your own lemons and oranges, there are plenty of them in season. Just like the fresh thyme (delicious on bbq meat) and mint that are in the garden!

The box spring beds in the bedrooms are 180x210 & 160x210. The mattresses have a height of 30cm and are one of the very best of their kind.
The coffee & tea corner is always replenished and is ready for use upon arrival!

In the cupboards you will find, among other things, a toaster, juicer, kettle, mixer, knife block with good knives, cooking pots and pans, cooking utensils... from well-known brands.
The staircase with real, old Valencian tiles is certainly one of the eye-catchers in the house.
The cozy TV corner with flat screen TV (Tv Vlaanderen, VTM Go, Netflix...) There is also a Chromecast to stream your favorite programs. The WiFi is fast and of good quality.

The bathroom on the ground floor consists of a spacious walk-in shower, sink with mirror and toilet. You will also find the washing machine and dryer here.

The master bedroom certainly has sufficient storage space :-) and the wonderful box spring bed is extra large! 180x210
Both bedrooms have air conditioning (can be operated separately for each room), large beds (2m10 long!, blackout curtains & more than enough storage space

On the ground floor you will find an extra storage space/relaxation room... The green cupboards contain games and toys and we can convert the sofa into a bed for a child/teenager... (with separate extra mattress)
The terrace is equipped with a dining table for 5 people, a lounge corner with fluffy cushions and a storage cupboard for sunscreen, magazines.... :-)
From the terrace you often spot squirrels in the trees and on the ground! Fun for the kids...
'It's time to wine down' In the lounge corner you will be able to enjoy a drink or relax with a wonderful book..

The garden is very well maintained by a permanent gardener and has already won several prizes & awards.
Due to the large number of permanent residents, it is often very quiet at the pool, even in the summer :-) Swimming is possible from morning to evening.
The large communal swimming pool (with island, waterfall, various depths and separate children's pool) is about 45m to the right from the private garden...
