The villa is wonderfully quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no passing traffic. For sports enthusiasts, there are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity, the nearest of which is only 5 minutes away. In addition, there are two padel clubs in Moraira where courts can be easily rented. Hikers and cyclists can also indulge themselves in the beautiful surroundings.
