Casa Casita - Moraira

Are you looking for a villa that combines luxury, silence, space and views? Our real Spanish villa certainly offers that!

Villa Casita is a beautiful villa, ideally located in the beautiful fishing village of Moraira, on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. 60 minutes drive to Alicante airport and 75 minutes drive to Valencia airport.
The center of Moraira is barely a 5 minute drive away, as are most activities, main restaurants and shops.

The villa is located just a 3-minute drive from the nearest beach, and close to the various beautiful beaches in and near Moraira. The villa is quietly located at the end of a dead-end road, so you are not bothered by passing traffic. For golfers, there are 3 golf courses in the immediate vicinity, the nearest of which is a 5-minute drive away. There are 2 padel clubs in Moraira where everyone can rent courts. The beautiful surroundings offer countless possibilities for cyclists and walkers.

Villa Casita has a spacious living room with two sofas and a table. Next to the living room there is a modern kitchen directly on the terrace with a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave, Nespresso, milk frother, plenty of crockery, sharp knives and good pans. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds with air conditioning (cold and warm). The master bedroom has its own bathroom, the other two share a bathroom. The beds in the bedrooms have 100% cotton bedding. Naturally, the house is equipped with fiber optic, Netflix, Sonos and Wi-Fi.

From the living room (also equipped with air conditioning) you enter directly into the large naya (covered terrace) with outdoor kitchen and cozy dining table. The Naya is covered with purple Bougainvillea. In the outdoor kitchen we have a gas-fired oven/grill plate, a sink and a refrigerator for that real holiday feeling and the necessary drinks outside. Via the Naya you walk to the sun-drenched terrace with comfortable sun loungers by the pool (chlorine-based, 6 by 3) with a wide view over Moraira. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a toilet and a washing machine. Behind the house is a sink and a large drying line to hang your wet things out of sight. In the garden there are lemon/banana and
olive trees.

The Costa Blanca has a wonderful microclimate. Villa Casita offers all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday.

At the end of 2024 we will enlarge our swimming pool to 8m x 4m and renovate the terrace. We are therefore keeping the rent at an attractive level this year.
