Casa La Paloma is a charming and conveniently located villa in Calpe, providing the perfect base for a relaxing stay on the Costa Blanca. Ideally located less than 5 minutes drive from Playa de la Fossa and near supermarkets and shops, the property combines convenience with privacy. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups, and features a private (saltwater) swimming pool where you can cool off and relax under the Spanish sun.
The outdoor area is perfectly designed to make the most of the Mediterranean lifestyle. Set in a beautifully manicured garden, guests can relax on comfortable sunbeds, dine al fresco and spend long, relaxing evenings together in the fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen, complete with a Smart TV, Weber gas BBQ and filtered tap water. At the heart of the garden is the private saltwater swimming pool (10 x 3.5 meters), complemented by a practical outdoor bathroom, providing a peaceful and inviting environment for both relaxation and togetherness. The pool can also be heated (see details below) and is equipped with a security fence, which makes it particularly suitable for families with young children.
Inside, the villa offers a bright and comfortable living space with air conditioning (hot and cold air), a Smart TV and comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals at home, with a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, l'Or coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher.
The bedrooms have been thoughtfully decorated to provide both comfort and practical convenience. There are two well-appointed bedrooms with double beds, each with air conditioning and ample wardrobe space, one of which features an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and also has air conditioning. There is also a second, separate bathroom available, equipped with a shower, sink and toilet, providing additional convenience for all guests.
Casa La Paloma also offers free Wi-Fi and ample private parking, so you can stay hassle-free from start to finish. Combined with its excellent location close to the beach, shops and local amenities, this villa is an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Calpe in a private and comfortable environment.
Pool heating
The saltwater pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are € 25 per day and start from the day we switch on the pump.
Please note:
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property.
- The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding is not allowed.
- The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
- You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
- To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
- We strive to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, please note that there may be occasional works or noise nuisance from the surrounding area; This is beyond our control.
