This beautiful 6-person house in Moraira is located in a pleasant residential area with a large communal swimming pool adjacent to the garden and beautiful views of the sea and the pool. The house consists of 2 floors. The top floor has a cozy living room with air conditioning (hot/cold) and a fireplace, practically furnished kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet and a covered terrace with seating from where you have a beautiful view of the sea and the communal swimming pool. Via a staircase to the left outside the house you enter the garden and there you will find the entrance to the apartment below. The apartment has a fully furnished living room, 1 bedroom with air conditioning and 2x single beds, kitchen and a bathroom, where you will also find the washing machine. Also in front of the apartment is a covered terrace with a seating area, and then the garden with 4 sunbeds, parasols and various seating areas and a barbecue. The house has several places where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the shade, as well as a large sun terrace. Adjacent to the garden you will find the beautiful communal swimming pool. This pool also has a child-friendly section. Only people who live in the surrounding houses are allowed to use the swimming pool so it is never very busy. Moraira center and Ampolla beach are just a 5-minute drive from the house. The Club de Ifach golf course in Benissa can be reached within a few minutes' drive, as well as the large Pepe la Sal supermarket. You can park your car in front of the house next to the entrance of the house.
The indicated rental price per week is for use by a maximum of 4 people and only the top floor. The downstairs apartment will then remain closed. If you want to rent the house for 5 to 6 people, or for 2 to 4 people, but also want to use the apartment, the additional price per week is 200 euros.
A dog is very welcome upon consultation. A dog basket and food bowls are provided.

To complete the picture, there is a wireless broadband internet connection, Dutch-language television and cinema films on demand, smart TV and a Sonos music system.


Electricity
Water and gas consumption and 100 KWh of electricity are included in the rental price. For additional consumption, you will be charged 0.39 euros per KWh.
Cleaning costs
The cleaning costs are 100 euros when using the upstairs apartment. If you also rent the apartment, the final cleaning fee is 125 euros. The rental and final cleaning of bed linen and towels is 1.93 euros per person per day with a minimum of 7 days. Upon arrival, we would like to receive a deposit of EUR 250, which you will receive back from us upon departure, minus any damage incurred.
