The villa enjoys an excellent location, just a 10-minute drive from the popular Playa del Arenal beach and only 15 minutes from the charming village of Moraira. Several restaurants can be reached within one minute by car and a large supermarket is less than a 5-minute drive away.
The villa is distributed over two floors and has been carefully renovated with a bright and modern feel. On the ground floor you will find a spacious open plan living room with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, dining area, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, combination microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. On this floor there are also two stylish bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe space, which share a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Through the internal staircase you reach the upper floor, where there are two more spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, both with air conditioning, wardrobe space and direct access to the terrace. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other is furnished with a single bed and a bunk bed, ideal for children or extra guests. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
