The villa is distributed over two separate levels and is ideally located just a 3-minute drive from Cala Baladrar beach and less than 10 minutes from the centre of Moraira, making it a great base for enjoying the beaches, restaurants and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere of the Costa Blanca.
From the street you enter directly into the bright and welcoming open plan living and dining area. The dining area offers nice views over the surrounding valley, while the comfortable lounge has a sofa, armchair, Smart TV and air conditioning. The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.
Also on this upper level is the first bedroom, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. This has its own private ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The second bedroom is located on the lower level and is accessed via an external staircase; Please note that there is no internal staircase connecting the two floors. This bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, making it ideal for couples travelling together and appreciate some extra privacy.
Outside, Casa at C really comes into its own. The villa features a large private swimming pool of 12 x 5 meters, surrounded by sunbeds to enjoy the sun. An outdoor kitchen and dining area make alfresco meals easy and enjoyable, with a fridge, freezer, gas hob and gas barbecue, as well as a dining table for four.
With its south-facing position, spacious outdoor space, private pool, and excellent location close to Cala Baladrar and Moraira, Casa at C is the perfect choice for a relaxing Mediterranean stay for couples, friends, or a small family.

- To avoid fire risk, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
- The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this is not allowed.
- The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited.
- You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
