The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over three floors, which are easily accessible via both an internal staircase and a private lift. Upon arrival at street level, you will find a private outdoor parking space for two cars. From the entrance hall you enter a cozy terrace with artificial grass and a comfortable sun lounger, an ideal place to enjoy the peaceful views of the mountains and valley.
When you go downstairs, you reach the main floor. It is light and open, with large sliding doors that seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor space. Outside you will find a sunny terrace with sunbeds, a 6x2 meter private swimming pool, an outdoor dining area and spectacular open views over the valley and nature.
Inside, the living room is stylishly furnished with a large corner sofa, a TV with Orange Decoder to connect your own device, a dining table and a modern open kitchen with bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen has a large American fridge and freezer, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. On this floor there is also a guest toilet and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe space, television with Firestick and an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and toilet.
On the lower floor, also accessible by stairs or elevator, are the other three bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed and closet space. Two of these bedrooms also have a television with Firestick and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath combination and toilet. Please note that the fourth bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom and uses one of the ensuite bathrooms of the adjoining bedrooms.
