Enjoy a swim in the setting sun. Sept. 2022

Entrance and front of the house.

Iznájar is an old white town with a Moorish castle (Alcazaba) that you can visit.

Living room with wood-burning fireplace and an original olive millstone as a coffee table. The door in the photo gives access to one of the bedrooms.

The 'parents' bedroom next to the living room. This has a spacious clothes / linen closet and a built-in closet with sheets and towels. There is a fan with a quiet setting for the warm nights.

Middle bedroom. There is a spacious wardrobe. A window with shutter and fly screen. At the moment there is a double bed. Fan with silent setting for warmer nights.

Garden room, with door to terrace with swimming pool.

Kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs, pellet stove and access to the pantry. There is also a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Winter evening with the fireplace. There is now a somewhat more efficient wood stove and you can still see a cozy fire.

Beach on Lake Iznájar 15 minutes drive. The photo was taken from the terrace of a cafe, Chiriguito de Valdearenas de Gracia y Paco

Canoes and paddle boards can be rented on the beach. You can take a sailing trip or a cruise.

You can combine a trip to Antiquera, an old cultural town, with a walk in El Torcal with its special rocks.

Plaza de Ochivada in Archidona. It is one of the oldest bullrings in Andalucia - but usually a nice village square.

Zuheros, a beautiful white village high in the Subbbetica. It has an old tower on a rock and a special bat cave in which you can also see old cave drawings.

Flamenco, here in our own open-air theater in Iznájar, is part of it. You can book beautiful shows at atmospheric locations (also lunch performance). Info about this when booking and in our house.

Summer party in Málaga is very atmospheric and cozy. During the day in the city and at night in tents on a large party area with theater, music and dance and of course tapas and tasty drinks.

We have done our best to make it cozy inside as well.

For the cooler evenings there is a wood-burning fireplace that not only brings warmth, but even more, cosiness.

The kitchen is excellently equipped. Cooking together can be quite enjoyable.

Creating space was our leitmotif when we built and furnished the house. Hopefully our guests will enjoy it as much as we do.

Next to the living room is the entrance hall with reading corner... it leads to the 'dream department'.

Sleep like a baby and wake up in a dream.

This bedroom with private bathroom can be completely closed off from the other bedrooms and second bathroom. (FYI...that Van Gogh isn't real, but you probably guessed that already...)

The en-suite bathroom has toilet, bidet, shower and sink.

Good quality bath linen is included in our rental prices. (Bed and kitchen linen are too)

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a folding bed that can also be placed in another bedroom. There is also a desk with an office chair in case you need to work from your holiday address. (which we obviously do not wish you)

There is WIFI throughout the house, including in the room with the desk corner.

The second bathroom also has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The hot water throughout the house is generated by means of solar panels.

As in all other rooms, the windows in the bathrooms have interior shutters and fly screens.

And this is the third bedroom with 2 single beds and, as in all bedrooms, a ceiling fan.

All our mattresses are of good quality so that you can start a new, fun day full of energy.

The sauna is located in an annex, next to the swimming pool.

After using the sauna, take a nice cold shower, and then cool off in the swimming pool with a nice refreshment.

To the right of the house, a staircase leads you to the citrus garden ... for once you can be greedy.

Enjoy our garden or a lovely walk in the immediate vicinity.

Eat super fresh fish in one of the chiringuitos and enjoy a day at the sea.
