Villa La Zorzalera is located just outside the beautiful hamlet of Los Ventorros and just a 5-minute drive from the typical white village of Comares, voted 'Pueblo magico d'España'.
Villa La Zorzalera is quite unique because, although the house is set in beautiful natural surroundings, surrounded by olive and almond groves, it is still only a short walk from typical Andalusian bars and restaurants. Our house is the ideal place to escape everyday stress, together with your loved ones because it is so peaceful in the middle of nature, in one of the most beautiful parts of Andalusia.
The natural environment in a quiet area makes it not suitable for people who want to party loudly, but very suitable for nature lovers who want to relax and enjoy the good life, who want to have quality time with people who matter.
Here you can create beautiful memories together with your loved ones and take them home to cherish them.
The house is laid out in such a way that there is plenty of room for privacy.
There is a spacious well-equipped kitchen, 2 cozy lounges with beamed ceilings and a fireplace, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning on a 'pay as you use' basis), and a beautiful terrace with a round plunge pool (3 meters in diameter). , BBQ, sun loungers, garden furniture and of course a beautiful view of the surrounding olive and almond orchards. There is parking space for 3 cars.
In the immediate vicinity of the house you can take wonderful walks in nature and pick whatever you want from the trees.
Walking and cycling or just relaxing... everything is possible here, make your choice.
And if you want a little more action, walk to Los Ventorros for a bite to eat or enjoy a local show on the weekend.
Or perhaps visit the beautiful whitewashed village of Comares, 3.5km from La Zorzalera.
In Comares there is a supermarket, bakery (bread baked in a wood-fired oven!), pharmacy, bank, ATM, doctor's consultation and various bars and restaurants. There is also a sports field and a FREE padel court. The largest zipline in Spain is located just outside Comares and there are several vias ferratas for the adventurous.
Comares is known for its unique location and is often called 'the pearl of the Axarquia'. Follow the ceramic footsteps through the narrow alleys of this unique village and discover its Moorish past... but don't forget to stop every now and then in one of the cozy bars/restaurants. (Bread can also be delivered to your home every day, except on Sunday).
The multi-award winning beach of Torre Del Mar is a 45-minute drive from the house. You can eat fresh fish in one of the many chiringuitos and enjoy a wonderful day at the seaside.
All the 'highlights' of Andalusia are just a day trip away from the house. Malaga (culinary and gastronomic pearl of the Costa del Sol), Cordoba (Mezquita), Ronda, Granada (Alhambra and Sierra Nevada) and the Caminito del Rey in Ardales are easy to visit.
Closer to home you can visit Nerja (known for its beautiful caves and the Balcon d'Europa) or Lake Viñuela.
The commercial center of Velez-Malaga is just a 30-minute drive away. Those who like to shop will find what they are looking for there. All well-known supermarkets are also represented.
