4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped separate kitchen. Outside the villa is a lovely swimming pool that can be heated in spring and autumn at an additional cost. Please enquire for more information. The pool is surrounded by beautiful terraces and colorful gardens. The house has wifi, plenty of parking spaces and a barbecue. The villa is a 30 minute walk (an absolutely beautiful walk) or 5/10 minute drive to the village of Comares with its bars, restaurants, shops and banks.

All our villas are located in a beautiful natural environment and in quiet parts of the village. Therefore, these homes are ideal for vacations for families and groups who seek and appreciate these characteristics. Therefore, please note that the villas are not suitable and are not available for loud parties

The village of Comares, voted one of the most beautiful white villages in the Axarquia, is beautiful. It is 5 minutes by car and has bars, banks, shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is a few minutes' walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is an hour's drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalusia such as Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperatures all year round. Come and discover the beautiful village of Comares and the life of Andalusia.

A car is essential at this villa to make the most of the beautiful surroundings!

Air conditioning is available in the 4 bedrooms and living room, for a fee according to use.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is about a 30 minute drive away. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5 km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.
Nerja with its famous caves and breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea are all about 1 hour away and the drive along the coastal road before heading to Comares is fantastic.



Monthly rental (28 nights or more) does not include electricity and pellets for the pellet stove, if you wish to use them. Electricity is charged at 0.35 euros per unit/kw and pellets can be purchased from your manager.

One dog is allowed with an additional non-refundable payment. Ask for the details.

Air conditioning is available for a fee in all bedrooms and the living room.

There is a refundable cleaning/security deposit of 500 euros, payable on arrival.

The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.

Events/parties are not allowed in this house.
 The heated swimming pool is available from April 1st to November 15th.
