VERY SPACIOUS VILLA WITH EXTRA LARGE HEATED POOL-WIFI-BBQ-BEAUTIFUL VIEWS TO THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA.-Pet friendly

Villa Los Poyatos is a very spacious villa with an extra large (11m x 4m) heated swimming pool and lovely terraces. The view is breathtaking, you can see as far as the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive Tejeda Mountains. The whole house is surrounded by the natural beauty of almond and olive groves. This house is the perfect retreat to discover the exceptionally beautiful interior of Andalusia while still being only half an hour from the coast. A 5-minute drive will take you to Comares, a typical white mountain village full of Moorish remains from a bygone era. Every street and every narrow alley is a discovery.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with bath / 1 with shower). There is a spacious, bright living room and an open, fully fitted kitchen. In the kitchen is a hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary utensils. There is TV, DVD, stereo and FREE WIFI. There is parking for several cars at the house.

The heated swimming pool is available from April 1st to November 15th. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas so that you and your party can enjoy the outdoor facilities. There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and lovely terraces, some shaded, so it is a real pleasure to cook and dine together outdoors, surrounded by breathtaking vistas. This part of southern Spain has the best climate in all of Europe, so start dreaming .

1 pet can be allowed but only after consultation.

The beautiful white village of Comares has been declared 'Pueblo Magico d'España'. There are cozy bars/restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood oven!), banks, a pharmacy and ATM. Just outside the village you can enjoy the via ferratas of the largest Tirolina in Spain. The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, mountain bike or just enjoy the scenery. relax and enjoy the view.
The multi-award-winning beach of Torre del Mar is about a 40-minute drive from the house. You will find many nice 'chiringuitos' (beach restaurants) where you can enjoy crackling fresh fish that comes straight from the nearby fishing port of Caleta de Velez.                                         
Velez Malaga, which is located next to Torre del Mar, has a large commercial center and supermarkets. The beautiful Lake Viñuela is about a 40-minute drive from the house. You can walk around the lake and have a nice meal in one of the surrounding restaurants.                                                           
Nerja, tourist center of the Costa del Sol, with its famous caves and the well-known Balcon d' Europa, is about 50 minutes drive from the house.                                                                                  
 
Villa Los Poyatos is also perfectly located to visit other parts of Andalusia. Ronda, Granada (Alhambra), Cordoba (Mezquita) or the world-famous Caminito del Rey are all easy to visit on a day trip.

Please keep in mind that the target group of our villas are families and friends who want to spend a wonderful and pleasant holiday together and that they are therefore not suitable for noisy party holidays. The interior and the quiet environment do not lend themselves to this.

The person who signs the contract must be at least 25 years old.

Air conditioning costs: 30 euros per week are included in your rate, after which you pay for what you use. The average cost is €1 for 1 hour, depending on the temperature setting. Please note that air conditioning is only available in all rooms.
