'O Limeiro' is located on the east side where the sun rises in the morning and lights up the room. If you keep the shutters closed, it stays nice and dark. Next to this room is the small bathroom.
Room 'O Oliveiro' is located at the front with patio doors to the veranda. Here the sun comes in the afternoon. If you keep the shutters closed, it stays nice and cool. The two single beds can also be pushed apart. Opposite this room is the small bathroom and room 'O limeiro'.
Room 'O Sobreiro' is the second largest room and is located next to the main bathroom.
Room 'O Sobeiro' is a large room at the back of the house with sun in the morning.

The main bathroom is located between the two largest rooms. It has two sinks, a shower and a bathtub.

Swimming pool with large terrace all around and shower
During hot summers, you can sit on the long veranda in the morning with a view of the mountains. In the afternoon the sun slowly creeps under and you can enjoy the last sun. In the evening we eat at the long table and enjoy the setting sun.

The largest room 'A Mimosa' is a lovely bright room with lots of space and a large wardrobe. It has patio doors leading to the porch and views of the terraces and mountains. The beds can also be pushed apart.

The terrace at the front of the house covered with wicker mats for the sun. In the morning a wonderful place to have breakfast, in the evening you can enjoy the setting sun.
On our site you will find more than 40 fruit trees from which you can pick fresh fruit during all seasons. Oranges, lemons, peaches, pears, apples, plums, grapes, tangerines and cherries.
The rear terrace has sun in the morning and the tall trees in the afternoon provide great cooling when the sun is too hot at the front. You can also set up the ping pong table in the shade here in the afternoon. Here is also the laundry room with washing machine.
At the bottom of the hill on which the house stands flows the river Mondego, which sometimes causes beautiful fog spectacles in the morning in spring and autumn.
Under the canopy with wicker mats, you can set up the long table and eat surrounded by nature with a view of the mountains.
Saltwater swimming pool of 12m x 4m with large terrace
The house is surrounded by nature. All around are several terraces with grass, olive and fruit trees.
The large open kitchen invites you to cook together. Everyone can stand around the kitchen island and help with the preparations. Equipped with a large refrigerator, espresso machine, milk frother, kettle, oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher and all the tools you need for cooking and baking.
Under the canopy you sit in the shade and yet in the middle of nature with all the bird sounds around you.
The setting sun, different and spectacular every night, it never gets boring.
In the large living room there is a dining table for 10 people. From the living room you can go to the rear terrace and next to the kitchen are the patio doors to the two smallest rooms 'O Limeiro' and 'O Oliveiro'.
The comfortable sitting area with two sofas and a lovely lounge area for reading.
Every evening the setting sun, every night different.
The Bruno wood stove heats the house when it is a bit colder.
Enough earthenware to set the table nicely.
From the kitchen you can walk through the patio doors onto the veranda and you can put breakfast or dinner directly on the table.
