What a lovely apartment in a great, quiet place but close to the beach and a pleasant boulevard with nice eateries and shops. The old center is also really easy to reach. The apartment is super nice and cozy furnished with a beautiful large balcony. Everything you can think of was there. So nice.

Nice, clean & cozy apartment fully equipped. In the afternoon all day sun on the balcony! On the complex a nice playground, padel court and spacious swimming pool. Within a 5-minute walk you are on the boulevard with nice restaurants & shops. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful holiday in Piso Encanto. The apartment is not big, but very practical so it doesn't feel small at all. There were four of us and both of our children had their own bedrooms. The apartment has recently been renovated/redecorated. The beds are of very good quality. The air conditioning in all rooms is also a big plus. It was very hot in Javea the first week of our holiday and it was nice to be able to turn on the air conditioning. Another big plus is the swimming pool (does not come across well in the photos on the site). The pool consists of 3 parts, a shallow part, a half shallow part and a deep part. This was ideal for us children of 4 and 9. The bubbles that turn on for an hour 2x a day were also very nice. The restaurants are within walking distance and there is plenty of choice. There is also a supermarket nearby. This one is very small. For larger groceries, a car is required. The private parking in the parking garage was also very nice. There was little parking space on the street and so the car stayed nice and cool. What we have only occasionally been bothered by is the noise in the evening in the courtyard. Often people were swimming until late, because it was a bit of a nuisance. But this certainly didn't dampen the mood. The contact with the landlords was also very pleasant. We were nicely received by Tim and there was water and cans in the fridge on arrival. Very nice if you have a trip behind you. The balcony is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Given the heat, we didn't sit there that much, but you can sit on this balcony when it's a little cooler. All in all, a top apartment in a nice place!
