Casa Poc-a-poc

This recently completely renovated villa is located in a rural area and offers unprecedented privacy, a private swimming pool and a view of the Montgó mountain.

The south-oriented villa is surrounded by orange and olive trees and is equipped for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is on-site parking for several cars. From the house you will immediately find numerous cycling routes and hiking trails to explore nature or to go to the old center of Jávea (walking about 30 minutes, cycling about 10 minutes). You can reach the beach or the fishing port within 10 minutes by car.

The house has its entrance from the private parking area through the naya (porch). This is equipped with a large dining table and enjoys a fantastic view. Upon entering you enter the living room with reading table and cozy sitting area with TV. Through an open passage you reach the spacious kitchen with dining area and a second sitting area. The kitchen offers direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool and is fully equipped; a fridge/freezer combination, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine and milk foamer, juicer, toaster, etc.

Next to the house is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, an original pizza oven and a gas burner for… the paella! Around the pool are several benches and sunbeds, a (hot) shower and a toilet. The garden gives access to an orchard with various fruit trees where fresh fruit can be picked.

On the ground floor there is a studio with a double bed (200x180cm) and a private shower, toilet and sink. The studio is accessible from the house and also has its own entrance from the parking lot.
Via the stairs you reach the master bedroom with a double bed (200x180cm), an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and double sink. There is also a washing machine and dryer here. The master bedroom has its own roof terrace.

Upstairs are the two other bedrooms, each with a bunk bed (bottom 200x135cm, top 200x90cm), which share a bathroom with bath, double sink, shower and toilet.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and ceiling fans.

Two cats live around the house. It goes without saying that guests do not have to take care of these cats.
